The hope of Local Outreach is to share the love and truth of Jesus with people outside the walls of Grace Bible Church.

Grace helps people grow as disciples in five ways: worship, fellowship, learning, serving, and sharing. The primary purpose of local outreach is to share. We do this by volunteering in our neighborhood and nearby communities where our people are meeting tangible needs. Our hope is to love others in such a way that people ask, “Why?,” leading to the opportunity to share Jesus.

Pray for your neighbors

One simple way you can be a part of local outreach is to start praying for your neighbors! Sign up with our Blesseveryhome.com account to be reminded Monday through Friday. You’ll receive a short email including five of your neighbors names and a scripture to pray over them.

Homeless Outreach

On Fridays at 10AM, volunteers meet at the Walmart/Sam’s parking lot in Dallas to pack hygiene and snack bags for the homeless at the Dallas Convention Center and surrounding areas. We pass out tracts, offer to pray, and share Christ with any that are interested. Contact Kimberlie Derrick to find out how to get involved.

KiDs Beach Club

KiDs Beach Club is a weekly outreach that provides every student at Caillet Elementary an opportunity to have a Jesus-centered experience. We are connecting kids to Christ and putting Bibles in their hands through groups, fun games, songs, and memory verses. If you would like to learn more, go to the KiDs Beach Club website.
